Charlotte du Plessis: CEO
Charlotte du Plessis is a Visionary, Leader, Philanthropist, Businesswoman, Entrepreneur, Mentor and Speaker. She is the Founder and CEO of “Woman of Stature”.
Through Woman of Stature, Charlotte has spearheaded the formation of life changing programs including the 5 Pillars of Empowerment; Impact Circle and the Woman of Impact Speaker Academy; She has seen many women being transformed and become successful in their personal and professional lives. She believes in collaboration as the key to success.
Lynn Hill: Non-Executive Director
Lynn holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree, having majored in English and Psychology, a Higher Diploma in Education and an Honours Degree in Clinical Psychology. Her qualifications were obtained from the University of the Western Cape. She also holds two international accreditations: 1. Registered Assessor (City & Guilds of London) 2. Licensed Thomas International Analyst.
Lynn Hill is a Social Entrepreneur, Professional, Inspirational Speaker, Columnist, Master Trainer, Leadership and Life Coach and an Authoress and Poetess. She possesses 26 years industry experience across multiple sectors. She has consulted for the past 16 years and has operated at all organizational levels.
Rosa van Niekerk: Non-Executive Director
Rosa studied law at the University of The Free State and obtained her B.Prok Degree in 2000. She is currently the sole proprietor of a law firm in Westonaria, Rosa van Niekerk Attorneys, which is a general practice covering civil and criminal litigation, family law, contracts and debt collections. During 2017 she was invited by the Law Society of the Northern Provinces to attend a training course to become an aspirant candidate Judge for the High and Appeal Court. She completed the training successfully and is now one of a few attorneys that holds this title.
After winning national and international beauty titles, Rosa has served as a judge for many beauty pageants. She also makes a lot of public appearances and does public speaking, on her message of ‘Crown Up’ as well as law-related topics.
Sue Moodley: Non-Executive Director
Sue Moodley has proven that having a wealthy background is not the only road to success. In fact, 17 years ago, at the tender age of 20, she started Pluminco Trade as a building, plumbing and sanitary wholesaler along with her father. Today, Pluminco Trade is a multi-million rand company, with Sue having multiple properties across the country and commuting between her Johannesburg and Durban offices.
This successful entrepreneur decided to give back, and a way for her to share her knowledge and path to success with others was by entering the Mrs Commonwealth 2017 pageant. Not only did Sue win the Business Award in Mrs Commonwealth South Africa, but she was also crowned the first runner up and as such, was the Ambassador for Mrs Commonwealth South Africa 2017/2018.
