The aim of the Woman of Stature Foundation is to provide personal, professional and entrepreneurial development to the women through education.

The Woman of Stature Foundation is funded by Personal and Corporate Sponsorships.

These funds enable women to receive and have access to interventions.

To be a Leading and Strategic Women Empowerment organisation that creates and delivers relevant, sustainable, personal, professional and entrepreneurial growth opportunities which will adequately equip South African Women to face the harsh, current socio-economic and societal challenges.

To inspire Excellence through acknowledging Women and celebrating their professional achievements and exceptional levels of societal contribution. This will be achieved by creating prestigious platforms and events to honor these Women and raise funds for WOSF while doing so.

To present ongoing preventative and empowerment interventions responsive to the specific needs of ALL Women across the societal spectrum in South Africa.

To create a culture of solutions-based, independent, pro-active, non-victimized, thinking and meaningful, contributory and strategically collaborative doing.

Integrity – Excellence – Accountability – Gratitude – Contribution – Respect – Trust – Passion

Women are the cornerstone of society: Home-makers, Community Carers, Mothers of future leaders and Nation Builders, without them we will have a fragile society absent of values and role models, resulting in macro-economic challenges.

Various targeted programmes will promote financial independence and holistic wellbeing. Through such empowerment, a proactive stance will be adopted towards effectively adapting to life-altering events, crisis and anticipated or unanticipated changes. A series of structured interventions will be facilitated by qualified professionals within the Woman Rise ™ Programmes.

These Programs will be funded by members. Various special projects will be funded through other funding initiatives and Corporate Sponsorship.
